The Cadaver was brought on board the Wreckage Brother by Bane and his Hired Guns in order to perform a blood transfusion between it and Dr. Pavel.
The exact purpose of this specific part of the Master Plan is unknown. The implication is that the corpse is supposed to trick plane crash investigators into believing that the dead man is Dr. Pavel, thus ending the Agency's search for the doctor.
