The Deep Expanded Universe Theory states that other mediums, besides the works and productions of Bravo Nolan, can be included in one way or another into the Expanded Universe.
The ways in which they connect to the Plane Scene differ from work to work. Most notably are works that contain parallels or nods to the Plane Scene, or roles played by Aidan Gillen or Tom Hardy which, if considered canon, may hint at a much larger and sprawling timeline of the lives and lineages of CIA and Bane.
Other, less common ones, include works that could fit into the BEU yet have no clear indication from Nolan, or his cohorts, that they actually connect. Films of Nolan's, such as Inception and Interstellar, are exempt from this category being that they are Nolan works.
