Paratroopers are military parachutists usually functioning as part of an airborne force.

During Operation 98H1, four paratroopers were tasked with attaching the Wilson's plane to Bane's plane. They proceeded to kill most of the soldiers aboard the plane they hijacked. presumably, this was an operation that they had trained for for months in advance.

The identities of the four parachutists remain unknown. They are a part of Bane's Men.
