Paratroopers are military parachutists usually functioning as part of an airborne force.
During Operation 98H1, four paratroopers were tasked with attaching the Wreckage Brother to the Noshur Viverse as part of the Master Plan. They fired blanks into the Wreckage Brother from outside of the fuselage, panicking CIA's Men, and proceeded to attach the Wreckage Brother to the Noshur Viverse with cables. They also planted explosives on the tail, creating an entrance to the interior of the plane. This was a big operation for them.
The identities of the four paratroopers remain unknown, despite Bane mentioning "four U's" in conversation with CIA. They are a part of Bane's Men.
