The United States of America (US, or USA) is a federal republic and the country in which the League of Shadows potentially set their base, as well as the home country of the Agency. It is the final destination associated with the Master Plan and the Flight Plan alike.
At one point in time, it was ruled by a mysterious and powerful minority with uncertain goals in mind.
