The Republic of Uzbekistan is a doubly landlocked country in Central Asia in which Operation 98H1 took place. It is the most likely location for Bane's base of operations.

It is notably the only country (besides the United States) in which the Plane Scene and possibly other events in the Expanded Universe take place.
